New modem issues. New arris 8200 replacing a 6214 or whatever. Hooked it up, activated through app. Phone connected but app says not connected. Settings show 730 mbps. Speed tests are anywhere from 100 to 3. Wife's phone won't connect. Tried troubleshooting but xfinitys app can't connect to my modem. Question.
