Madden 23 offline franchise won't load.

Join Date: Nov 2008. Location: Virginia. Cloud Franchise Won't Load. I am having an issue here with my Cloud Franchise. Madden 18, Xbox One. It says Franchise Mode is unavailable. I tried to start another Cloud Franchise to verify if it was all down and it was. Offline Franchise works but I'm not ready to give up on my Cloud unless I have to.Unless a patch has dropped that I'm unaware of... this issue is still on going. Back in September, I reported a massive game breaking bug for offline franchise mode on EA’s official support forum. Link to support forum post. In the simplest terms possible; The bug causes your offline franchise saves to corrupt and become unplayable after 5+ seasons. This usually occurs in the playoffs. So you can tell I’m not exaggerating.Currently testing out the patch that was just released. Knock on wood but it seems to be working on my offline franchise thus far. I simmed a week in the part of the season that would normally crash/corrupt, saved a file, exited out and tried to load that save and it's actually worked multiple times...

Superstar mode (The league) won't load. Every time I try to start a superstar and play the story mode my screen will load back to the same screen and or just stay gray. Exactly same thing happened to me today after playging for 1-2 weeks. Just got back into Madden after 5-6 years of staying away.
