My 6.5 lift and 37" tire rub under heavey wheeling. They do rub on full turn on the leafsprings but that's because the are 14" wide. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells.The cost comes from the fact that the pickup won't need to sport larger tires, that is, a 33 inch tire will definitely be a bit more affordable than the 35's. 6 inch pros ... Not sure why anyone would put a 4" lift and run 33" tires that would fit on a stock truck. Unless they want to run some ridiculous offset wheel maybe.
